In addition to a high school diploma (or equivalent), students should have a basic knowledge of the Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office suite (primarily MS Excel & MS Access). Experience in programming Office macros or another programming language is a definite plus, along with any prior database experience, but it is not required. A math background is not necessary, but students should have strong logical and critical thinking skills.
